Whatever your needs or budget we have a plan for you. Whether you’re an aspiring elite athlete with goals of competing at the highest level who needs a very specific, structured plan to get there; or just need a little guidance with improving your health and fitness to maximize your quality of life we have a plan to get you where you want to be. We understand a one size fits all approach isn’t likely to provide the long term results you’re looking for. For that reason every training plan is uniquely designed carefully considering the athlete’s goals and current situation. Below are some highlights of the main coaching services we provide. Training Plans

Anyone who has achieved success in any area of life knows one of the most critical aspects of doing so is having a plan. At Two Wheel Tune we offer a wide range of custom training plans tailored to fit individual athlete’s needs across a range of sports. Whatever your goals are, a solid plan is the first step to achieving them.

Skills Coaching

Proper body position and basic bike handling skills are vital to being comfortable and safe on the bike, not to mention the foundation of riding a technically challenging section of trail quickly. At Two Wheel Tune we feel that skills training is one of the most important and often overlooked aspects to becoming a safer and better rider. Skills sessions are offered  by appointment and can also be added to training plans.

Coached Rides

Coached rides are scheduled ahead of time with your coach and can be added to any training plan. These can be individual or group sessions focused on a wide range of areas like road/trail safety, how to complete a workout and skill development.



Meet Our Coach

LUCAS ROWTON

LUCAS HAS HAD A PASSION FOR TWO WHEELS HIS ENTIRE LIFE AND HAS BEEN RACING MOUNTAIN BIKES SINCE 2010. HE IS ALSO PASSIONATE ABOUT UNDERSTANDING AND MAXIMIZING PHYSIOLOGICAL PERFORMANCE AND GRADUATED FROM FORT LEWIS COLLEGE IN APRIL 2017 WITH A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN EXERCISE SCIENCE. LUCAS WAS A FOUR YEAR MEMBER OF THE FLC CYCLING TEAM, AND MADE THE TEAM SELECTION TO REPRESENT THE COLLEGE IN BOTH COLLEGIATE MTB AND ROAD NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS DURING HIS COLLEGIATE CAREER. LUCAS UNDERSTANDS HOW TO CREATE A HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE BALANCE BETWEEN A BUSY TRAINING AND RACE SCHEDULE AND MANY OTHER DYNAMIC ASPECTS OF LIFE LIKE SCHOOL, WORK AND EVEN MULTIPLE SPORTS.
